On the ground floor of the villa, there is on air-conditioned bedroom with a private bathroom and a private terrace. The living room on the ground floor is equipped with a television and a rustic fireplace, creating warmth and a cozy atmosphere. This space is connected to the dining area and fully equipped kitchen, providing the perfect place for socializing and cooking. At the and of the living room there is a covered terrace where you can relax and enjoy a glass of local wine.

On the upper floor of the villa there are 3 bright and spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, air conditioning, and a balcony. One of the rooms has its private bathroom, while the other two share a common bathroom. Additionally, one of the bedrooms also includes a television for extra comfort.

The outdoor area of the villa includes a covered terrace with a relaxing corner in the shade, ideal for outdoor dining and enjoying a barbecue. Additionally, in the courtyard, there is a solar heated swimming pool with sun loungers, providing a peaceful corner for relaxation and enjoyment in the beautiful surroundings.

Villa Silene also offers private parking providing secure and convenient parking for guests. Cleaning is included in price.
